- Support Sales Consultant on customer document for new Car sales
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, vacation and sick leaves)
- Maintain Time and Attendance, and Leave records
- Assist HR in onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Support HR in recruitment drives and university outreach programs
- Propose creative ideas for employee engagement activities
- Organize and maintain administrative files and records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
